Notes: The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and small appliances (coffee grinder & maker, toaster & blender). The kitchen is also equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave and a breakfast bar with bar stools. All of the countertops are a beautiful granite and cabinets are a modern natural wood. In the dining area is a marble top table with 4 wood backed chairs. The living area is outfitted with a large cushioned couch and two very comfortable over-sized chairs with ottomans. For your entertainment, is an armoire with a large, flat- screened television and a bar area, with icemaker, wine cooler and sink. An additional half bath is located near the entrance for your convenience. Outside on the balcony are two, glass-topped tables, chairs and loungers to enjoy warm, relaxing evenings or your morning cup of coffee. The views are spectacular and I could have spent hours, just watching the boats go by (Destin is the sport fishing capital of Forida)
