The cottage is built in the Key West conch house style and sits on a beautiful lot that boasts a 70 ft. concrete pier on a deep water canal. The cottage is located just feet away from the full service Hawks Cay Resort. You are just minutes from either the gulf or the ocean so come stay with us for a week or stay for a month- you'll love it.
Kitchen: fully equipped- just bring your food, newly remodeled, new appliances, microwave, blender, toaster, etc.
Bedroom: queen size bed-3 sets sheets, dresser, night stands, etc , ceiling fan, rear view of dock/canal.

Villa Jamaica is located on 1128 Greenbriar Road, Duck Key, Florida. The entrance to Duck Key is at Mile Marker 61 on the Florida Key's Highway. If your traveling from the north, turn left onto Duck Key and follow the road past the Hawk's Cay Resort. Greenbriar Road is the first major crossroad about 1-mile off the main highway. Duck Key Marina is located right on Greenbriar and the cottage is located left on Greenbriar. Turn left on Greenbriar Rd and Villa Jamaica is the first house on the right. A circle driveway and a white picket fence greet you to your conch house. Do one thing before you take a walk inside. Just park your car or exit the Keys Shuttle and take a stroll to the dock out back. Welcome to the "Keys".

Notes to the Rates of the Cottage in Duck Key, Florida Keys
A $400.00 deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
Your deposit initially guarantees your reservation, then becomes a security deposit which will be refunded, upon satisfactory inspection of the rental unit, within 15 days after departure. A $75.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. The complete rental fee is required 30 days prior to your arrival to "Villa Jamaica".
Cancellation: Deposit will be refunded if more than 45 days before arrival. Deposit will be refunded with less then 45 days notice if the property is rerented.
