Condo in Siesta Key, Central West Florida: Condo on Siesta Key, Florida - Located approximately 55 miles south of Tampa on Florida's Gulf Coast, Siesta Key is an eight-mile-long barrier island connected to Sarasota by two bridges. Founded in 1846, there are now approximately 24,000 full- and part-time residents of Siesta Key. Our beautiful two bedroom, 1 ½-bath condominium at Midnight Cove ll, has a stunning view of the boat docks and the pool through our 16 feet of sliding glass doors. The pool is 10 steps from our unit. Our condominium sleeps four comfortably, the master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has two single beds. The condominium has been recently painted; and beautifully refurbished with all new furniture, a leather couch with dual recliners, two leather rocker recliners, a new air conditioning unit, new garbage disposal, new faucets. The kitchen has new microwave and new stove. There is a new dining room table and chairs, etc. Each bedroom has a TV with a VCR and cable. The family room has a TV, VCR, and DVD player. All towels and sheets as well as silverware and glassware are provided in our home. Just bring your own clothes! We also have a personal guide for our guests listing places of interest and restaurants in Siesta Key. We have a beautiful view of the private pool and the boat docks.

Holiday in Siesta Key: While all the conveniences of modern life are easily accessible, Siesta Key is still remote enough to give one a feeling of old Florida. Bursting with lush foliage, mature trees and tropical flowering shrubs line the winding routes to the village and the beaches. The beaches are refreshingly natural, with protected wild sea oats and mangroves providing a protective habitat for the scores of native island birds that share the island, as well as the dolphins, manatees and other aquatic wildlife living just offshore. Activities, places to visit: The beautiful city of Sarasota is a 15-minute ride by car; there are outdoor concerts, museums, theater, and an aquarium. State Parks, mansions, a planetarium, jungle gardens, mineral springs and within a two-hour drive near by Sea World and Universal Studios. There are hundreds of restaurants, movies, shopping, and access to the other mid Florida Keys, as well as many other activities to keep you occupied. A $300.00 dollar refundable security deposit is required to hold your reservation date. Full payment must be received 30 days before your arrival date. If your reservation is less than 30 days notice, all fees are due immediately. All fees are subject to a 10 % Florida Rental Tax. All cancellations must be received 30 days before your arrival date in order to receive a refund. The unit is cleaned before you arrive and the cleaning service cleans the unit after you leave. When leaving the unit, kindly place all bedclothes and towels on the floor of your bedrooms. There are coin operated washing machines and dryers on site.
