Villa in Sarasota, Central West Florida: Holiday villa in Sarasota, Florida with heated pool - Situated in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the clean and fabulous white sands beaches and warm waters of the gulf. Light and spacious, the air conditioned villa in Sarasota consist of a lounge, dining room, kitchen, a large 19 ft x 14 ft family room leading to the covered outside dining area and Lanai covered pool. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and there are a further two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. All rooms are furnished to reflect the relaxed and laid back Floridian style. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are furnished with twin beds, bedside tables, a pine chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has cable TV, both bathrooms have hairdryers. There is a plentiful supply of towels for your use in the house with some large colourful ones for use around the pool, and a limited supply of towels for the beach. The fitted kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, conventional oven to three seat and two seat sofas, attractive display unit and coffee table offering maximum comfort and calm. Softly decorated to enhance your relaxation, this is the perfect retreat from the heat of the day. The dining room has a full size glass table with 6 chairs for the times that you wish to eat at home inside. The family room is large and airy and is perfect whilst watching the 27“ TV with cable and VCR or listening to music on the Stereo CD system. A small collection of easy listening Cd’s are available. The room is furnished with two large, comfortable sofas.

Notes: The villa boasts a large, private South facing landscaped rear garden and a classical syle, solar heated pool which is ideal for sunbathing all day and relaxing in the evenings. The pool area is enclosed by lanai. This is typical of Florida pools, the fine mesh keeps the insects out but allows you to sunbathe through it. The covered outside dining area is perfect for BBQs and there is also a decked area in the garden for dining and sunbathing.

Deposit: £100 per week with booking. Security deposit £50 with final payment. The security deposit is to be held as security against return of keys, inventory damage, excess cleaning costs, long distance telephone calls where applicable, etc. For bookings of 3 weeks and more we will give a 10% discount. We have made considerable improvements to our villa in Sarasota and gardens during 2002 and these improvements include the complete landscaping of the rear garden the building of a deck area and lighting. Inside the villa we have installed a dishwasher to the kitchen, cable television in master bedroom and new doors on the shower and bath. We have also upgraded our cleaning contract. The villa is a home to us as well as a vacation home for you, and we would like to make it as comfortable for you as possible. We believe our new rate reflects the improvements made and represents good value for money.
