Enjoy tranquility in our 800 square-foot, fully equipped private canal Longboat Key vacation rental bungalows, while staying close to great dining at St. Armand’s Circle and great entertainment at the Van Weizel Performing Arts Center.
For boaters, our Longboat Key 1BR vacation condo has a new, private dock with direct access to Sarasota Bay and is close to the Gulf and for naturalists we are located adjacent to a 18-acre nature park with boardwalks through the mangroves and sitting areas overlooking Sarasota Bay.
Walk up St. Judes Road to Harry’s Gourmet sandwich shop and restaurant or ride beach-cruiser bicycles on the miles of paths from Lido Key to Anna Maria. Cross Gulf of Mexico Drive through our deeded beach access (we provide the beach chairs and towels) or just stay at home on our relaxing screened lanai in the glow of tiki lights and unwind on our comfortable wicker patio furniture, perfect for having a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the tide come in. We also have a canal-side patio with a table, chairs, and a grill for cooking up that fresh catch or entertaining friends.
The condo accommodates up to 5 with new Spring Air mattresses and box springs (top quality), queen sleeper sofa, comforters, linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans, microwave, toaster oven, frig, stove, new coffee maker. Our rental has two separate sides, so if you see that we're booked during the days that you want, write to us anyway, we may be available.

To book this condo we request 50% at the time of the reservation and the remainder prior to occupancy. Deposit can be held by credit card. All rates in U.S. Dollars to be paid in advance. Credit cards, electronic funds transfer, cashiers' check, or money orders. Personal checks will be accepted but must clear prior to confirmation of reservation.
10.5% state sales tax (6.5% regular plus 4% room tax)
$50.00 cleaning fee
$300 security deposit returned on day of departure or within 7 days
Cancellation policy is as follows: All of the damage deposit will be refunded. 100% refund for notice of 91 days or more. 50% - 60 to 30 days. 30 days or less-no refund unless we can book the unit in which case we give you full credit. No exceptions.
