The villa in Bradenton is located on a quite street with green space behind the home. Relaxing by the pool give you privacy and peace with lush landscaping all around. There is a formal living room with attached dining room, a full kitchen with TV/sitting area, 3 additional bedrooms and a guest bath and the master suite is located at the opposite end of the home complete with a full bath and a walk-in-closet. There is also a full laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Our villa in Bradenton is complete with all major appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, a 27" TV/VCR/DVD, 19" TV/VCR/DVD, 13" TV/VCR, 7 ceiling fans, all linens, all cooking, serving and dining ware and more including a 2+ car garage. There are 13 public/semi private golf courses in Bradenton and over 40 in a 30 minute driving distance. Located in Village Green in West Bradenton and close to everything, shopping, dining, 5 miles from Gulf Beaches, 2 miles from Palma Sola Bay with a public boat/jet ski launch area. Bradenton is between Longboat Key and Anna Marie Island, 15 minutes from Sarasota, Lido Beach and Siesta Key. Tampa is 1 hour away and Disney and Universal Theme Parks (Orlando Area) are 2 hours away. Enjoy shopping at one of the many stores including St. Armands Circle and Ellington Outlet Mall. The Full Kitchen has stove/range, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, mixer and more. There is a kitchen dining area with attached TV area 20" TV with VCR/DVD.

The Master Suite has a queen size bed, full dresser, 13" TV/VCR, alarm clock, walk-in closet and master full bath. There is another queen size bedroom with chest of drawers and alarm clock. Two additional bedrooms with 2 twin beds and chest of drawers in each. The living room and dining room are attached in an L-shape. There is a table with 4 chairs in the dining area. The living room has a full size couch, two recliners a 27" TV/VCR/DVD and more. The All Season Room has a dining table for 6 and if full of windows and looks out on pool, lanai and greenspace. The pool area has been resurfaced and a new pool deck has been installed. There is a cathedral pool cage and expanded screened lanai with built in BBQ area.

Deposit- $500.00 or 1/2 which ever is greater now to hold the property. 45-days prior to rental date we require the full balance. If this is not received we keep the entire deposit and you will lose your date. Cleaning- There is a cleaning fee. There is a minimum amount of $75.00 if the cleaning company charges more then it is deducted from your security deposit. Security deposit- We require a security deposit, the amount is based on the length of rental. This amount is returned as long as there has been no damage, excessive wear on the property, fines for violating city or development rules, broken or missing items and if the home is left in nice condition for the cleaning people. Refund- If you cancel 60-days prior to renting you recieve a refund less $150.00 for processing. If you cancel after this date all money collected will not be returned. We will take certain medical situations and emergencies into consideration. Taxes- All rental dates will have the local and state tax added to the rental amount- 2005 the tax amount is 10.5% Weekly rental- We allow weekly (plus) rentals the amount for a weekly rental varies based on the season. The range is between $900-$1200 depending on the season. Specials- we offer last minute specials, multi-month and week discounts. We reserve the right to change these rates and terms as needed.
