Vacation in Bradenton - Sarasota: If you are not familiar with Bradenton-Sarasota, you are in for a treat. One of Florida's and America's favorite vacation destinations, the area is chock-full of things to see and do. There's also plenty of "Old Florida" ambiance and history here, carefully preserved and cherished by a populace proud of their heritage. There's always something exciting going on in the Bradenton-Sarasota area. It's all just minutes away from Village Green.
The City of Sarasota, with its active downtown and arts and theater district, still has a friendly, small town feel. Luxurious Longboat Key's manicured beaches also offer world-class tennis, golf and dining. Laid-back Siesta Key has the feel of a tropical island, with sugar white sand officially designated "the whitest finest beach sand in the world." St. Armand's Circle is home to gourmet restaurants and chic shops featuring the best items from around the world. Anna Marie Island and Longboat Key ara a 10 minute drive and have great gulf beaches.

An hour's drive: Tampa is a beautiful city with an arrangement of things to do and sites to see. Bush Gardens Theme Park, The Lowery Park Zoo (voted number one for kids)Channelside (shopping, dining with live entertainment) located on the bay, Hyde Park or Ybor City. You will not run out of activities in the area for all ages there is something to fit everyone.
St. Petersburg and Clearwater located just north of Bradenton and a favorite tourist spot. There are shops and a lot of beach based activities along with tours on land or in the water. A favorite for kids is the Captain Memo Pirate Cruise. If you’re looking for activity this is the spot to be.

Two -Three hours drive: Orlando boasts the World’s Favorite and Best Theme Parks. Disney Parks, Universal Studies with City Walk for dining and entertainment, Sea World and more. Less than 2-hours from our vacation home. Enjoy all that Florida has to offer from a central location.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in USD per property per month.

Deposit - $500.00 or 1/2 which ever is greater now to hold the vacation home. 45-days prior to rental date we require the full balance. If this is not received we keep the entire deposit and you will lose your date.
Cleaning- There is a cleaning fee. There is a minimum amount of $75.00 if the cleaning company charges more then it is deducted from your security deposit.
Security deposit- We require a security deposit, the amount is based on the length of rental. This amount is returned as long as there has been no damage, excessive wear on the property, fines for violating city or development rules, broken or missing items and if the vacation home is left in nice condition for the cleaning people.
Refund- If you cancel 60-days prior to renting you recieve a refund less $150.00 for processing. If you cancel after this date all money collected will not be returned.
We will take certain medical situations and emergencies into consideration.

Taxes - All rental dates will have the local and state tax added to the rental amount- 2005 the tax amount is 10.5%
Weekly rental- We allow weekly (plus) rentals the amount for a weekly rental varies based on the season. The range is between $900-$1200 depending on the season.
Specials- we offer last minute specials, multi-month and week discounts.
