Vacation on Anna Maria Island: Located on Florida's Renowned West Coast, Seven-mile long Anna Maria Island is situated just south of Tampa Bay and is surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico on its western shore and Sarasota Bay and Anna Maria Bay on its eastern shores. It is the northernmost of a string of barrier islands that extend in a southerly direction to the Florida Keys. The island's three cities (Anna Maria at the northern end, Holmes Beach in the middle and Bradenton Beach at the southern end) are easily accessed by three draw bridges one for Longboat key to the south and two from the mainland which lie off the Island's eastern shore across from Sarasota Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway. The northernmost entry to the island is from Bradenton via SR 64 a cross-Florida link which runs almost to the state's Atlantic coast.

Area and regional attractions: Area and regional attractions include numerous public golf courses located a short distance from the island, the world famous Bolitari tennis academy, St Armens Circle, Bishop Planeterium, Selby Gardens, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Ringling Museum, Opera and live plays in Sarasotas Van Wenzel Hall, Busch Gardens and St Petersburg Beach. 25 Minutes to Sarasota, 35 minutes to I75, 80 minutes to Tampa, 150 minutes to Orlando-Disney-Theme Parks.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in USD per property per week.

Rental stays of less than one week will be subject to a surcharge. There is a 25% holiday surcharge for Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. Rentals of less than one week are subject to a $75.00 cleaning charge. A $30.00 non-refundable administrative fee will be applied to all reservations. Reservations require a $500.00 performance/damage deposit. Visa or Master Card is accepted for deposits only. Personal check, cash or traveler’s checks can make rental payments. Rentals of less than six (6) months are subject to Florida state sales tax of 6 ½% and Manatee County resort taxes of 4%.

Your performance/damage deposits is non-refundable if you cancel any or all of your reservation. We cannot offer refunds for late check ins or early departures. Rental payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless the entire rental period is re-booked. Subletting or assignment of the rentals units is prohibited.
Reservations of one month or more require a payment of 25% of the total amount due, ninety (90) days prior to occupancy. The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to occupancy or your reservation is subject to cancellation.
