Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3-level, 3.5 bath fully furnished townhome with stunning views of Beaver Creek, Bachelors Gulch, Arrowhead slopes. South-facing, sunny and gorgeous. Just 5 minutes drive to town of Avon and Beaver Creek ski slopes, 15 minutes to Vail.
Furnished by well-known local interior designer, who lived there as her primary home. Fully stocked kitchen and linens. Gas fireplace where you can take in the KILLER view for those cozy nights with your hot chocolate after a long day of skiing or snowboarding. 2-car garage. Sleeps 8-10 people. This home has 3 levels: the living room and big views are on the main (2nd) floor, master suite by itself upstairs, and 3 bedrooms + washer and dryer downstairs. It feels right-sized for small and large groups from 2 people to 10.
Please note, NO PETS NO SHOES NO BOOTS whatsoever in the house. This is a lovely and impressive family or corporate retreat that is well taken care of. Soft, sisal carpeting is underfoot throughout the main areas of the house and stairs to keep your feet warm. Hardwood in the kitchen and entryway.
Gym with steam and sauna access available.
3-night minimum stay. Weekly, monthly, and seasonal rental available as well. Housekeeping extra. The home has a combination lockbox next to the front door that contains the key. It gets changed regularly to ensure safety and to eliminate the need to mail keys to you right before your trip. You can book this home for the next weekend if needed, no problem. Other Policies: NO SHOES OR BOOTS of any kind in the house please. Shoes and boots should be removed outside or in the garage. They may be kept in the garage or in the entryway which is done in hardwood. The sisal carpeting is made for bare feet and slippers. No Smoking please. While not a policy, I highly recommend you rent a vehicle with 4 wheel or all wheel drive and snow tires to handle weather conditions in ski resort areas.
