Located on the beach in Oceanside California just north of San Diego. Relax on the beach or take a boat ride, people watch or fish from a boat or pier. Oceanside, California is for surf and beach lovers. Take the lift down to the beach and spend a day relaxing on the white sand and then walk to the restaurants nearby for lunch. In the evening, dress for dinner and visit one of the hundreds of fine restaurants or return to the condo and relax on your patio and watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean. Oceanside is centrally located between Los Angeles and San Diego and conveniently located between all attractions in southern California. Within 30 minutes drive is downtown San Diego and Orange County. Los Angeles is about 50 minute drive north. Please note the owner is allergic to pets and cigarette smoke. This is a non-smoking, no pets allowed condo that is kept extremely clean. We take care of the property ourselves and maintain high standards for you our guests. The condo is quiet and comfortable. We manage it ourselves and do not use a rental agency as their cleaning and reservation requirements are not up to our standards.

Sleeping & bath arrangements: This is a 2 bedroom with 2 full baths unit on 2 levels for privacy. It is on the top floors (3 & 4) of a 4 story building. The lower level features a bedroom with 2 queen size firm mattresses, large closets and cabinets. A television and alarm clock is in the room. A queen size sleeper sofa suitable for children is available in the living room if needed. A full bathroom is next to the bedroom. The upper level features a bedroom with 1 king size bed with firm mattress and large closet. A television and alarm clock is in the room. A full bathroom is next to the bedroom. Please note the unit is not air conditioned. No units at North Coast Village are air conditioned. A steady sea breeze blows through the unit and keeps it cool in the summer. General amenities: The kitchen is located on the main level and is fully equipped with all utensils, towels, toaster, coffee maker, pot's and pan's. New appliances were installed in 2004. Also on the main level is the living room and has a television and DVD player. A small patio with 2 chairs and a table is perfect for relaxing and watching the mountains to the east. The upstairs level offers wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean, Oceanside Beach and Harbor. A very large penthouse level patio with chairs for 10 people is available. This is the best location to watch the sunset with a glass of wine and a friend. During the day, sit here and watch the activity on the beach and the boats on the ocean sail into the harbor. Location information: North Coast Village is a unique place in Oceanside. Built on the beach it is the only complex without a road in front of the complex. You exit the complex and you are on the sandy beach. Inside North Coast Village complex there is Koi fish ponds, streams, a waterfall and large pool and large whirlpool. The landscape has a tropical theme with palm trees and colorful flowers is throughout. This is a gated community and a pass key is provided for you to enter and exit as you please. Nearby in Oceanside city are movie theaters, restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops. The famous Torrey Pines golf course is located about 20 minutes south. Numerous less famous golf courses are nearby. A large shopping mall is located within 20 minutes drive. If you need specific information about the area, please email us and we will respond.

We are experienced rental owners and can transact all business via email or fax if you prefer. We accept payment via bank wire transfer (preferred for non-US residents) or PayPal or personal check for US residents. Your security deposit will reserve your dates. The balance of the rental amount (rent, cleaning fee and tax) is due 60 days before your arrival. A package of information detailing check-in procedures and directions is sent to you when you reserve your dates. We provide secure gated assigned parking in an underground garage in the building. A lift will take you to the condo located on the 3rd floor (top floor) of the building. It is just steps to the condo door. If you need special accomodations, please let us know.
