Condo in Phoenix, Tapatio Cliffs - Our 2 bedroom / 2 en-suite bathroom condo in Phoenix is located in a gated and very tropical community right next door to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The resort features a championship golf course, several fabulous restaurants and shops, and even has horseback riding available.
Directly across from the resort is the Phoenix North Mountain Preserve. There you will find several hiking / mountain biking and horse trails. You will also find some great wildlife and bird-watching areas.
Our Condo in Phoenix community has three heated swimming pools, each with a spa, tennis courts, and a basketball court. Of the three pools, one is located just a few steps from our door. The pool enclosures all have patio furniture, gas grills, and a wet bar area for your use. For safety reasons, Bar-b-Que grills are not allowed on the individual patios.
Our condo in Phoenix is approximately 1000 square feet and comfortably sleeps four to six persons in the two queen size beds and a sleeper sofa. It is air-conditioned and has a fireplace for those chilly evenings or to just add a little ambiance. All of the furnishings have a flavor of southwest style and comfort, and were purchased new in June of 2005. There are three TVs with DVD, VCR players, and cable. There is also a surround sound stereo with AM/FM and a C.D. player. In addition, we provide local phone service.

Notes: Both bedrooms of our condo in Phoenix are master suites, including dressing rooms and a full-sized bath. There are two separate patios, with access through the living room and both of the master bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and cooking / dining ware. We also have a full size washer and dryer in the laundry closet off of the entry hall.

A deposit of $400 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one month prior to occupancy. Cancellations less than two weeks prior to occupany will forfeit deposit. We accept Visa, Money Orders, and International Money Orders.
Check-in is after 4:00pm and check out is 11:00am. Our on-site housekeeper will clean before your arrival and again at your departure. Should you desire further services, you may contract directly with her. That information is available at the time of booking.
