Near Bucerias you can visit some other smaller Mexican fishing villages as well as many beautiful beaches that are dotted along the Bay of Banderas. Golfing, whalewatching, boat trips, windsurfing, hiking, horseriding, biking, swim with dolphons....all located within 15 minutes drive from Casa Locos Amigos

Amenities of our vacation home: It is a beautifully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, full sized gas stove with an oven,double door fridge with a filtered water ice maker. Dish service for 8 nice new pots and pans, toaster coffee maker, blender etc. We will provide bascis such as some spices, coffee filters, 6 pack of cold beer and 2 bottles of wine ( to be replaced upon vacating).

Laundry and backyard: Home also has a large laundry area with washer and dryer. In the back yard there isa large Palapa for perfect entertainig or relaxing.

Shooping for food: As Bucerias is a fishing village, fresh fish, prawns, oysters etc are readily available in beach restaurants or markets. There are several good green grocers, and two or three good sized grocery stores where you can purchase almost everything you need within walking distance of home. Most people would likely go into the commercail or Sams to do a big shop when they arrive to buy such things as meat. Then take a taxi home with all the bags. this will cost P250.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in CAD per property per week.

Price is based on 4 guests / $10 per night for extra persons. $500 damage deposit will be due and refunded upon checkout. If this is a last minute booking, call for reduced rates. If you have to cancel your property the amount paid will be credit to another booking if the booking is received within one year.

There will be maid service once a week included in the price. There is an option for more frequent visit, please aks the owner for rates. Pets will be considered for a $10 per night extra cleaning fee.

Driving directions from Puerto Vallarta You take the main compostello( 4 lane Freeway) North towards Tepic. In About 20 min you go through Mescels, the next town is Bucerias. the easiest way when driving is to go right through town to the last stop light get off the freeway to the right and turn left to Avenue Los Picos turn left again start watching for the house on the right hand side of the street. / You could take a bus from the airport but I would not recommend it with a lot of luggage. Taxi and Mini Vans are redily available and will cost 250 Pesos ($25 US) plus tip the drivers are very klnowledgeable and the price is fixed they will easily find the house.The bus from Bucerias to The Commercial area is about $1.20 Per person or 12 pesos.
