In the house: laundry (for shared use, extra). Parking. Shop 2 km, grocers 800 m, restaurant 2 km, bar 800 m, railway station Axminster 2 km. Sandy beach 6 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. Sea and beach at Lyme (set o the film French Lieutenants woman). Playing field. Heating (extra, but free Oct- March).
Housing: Combyne, 4-room bungalow: living/dining room with swedish stove and TV, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC. Heating (extra). Please note: TV only eng. Terrace has garden furniture. Suitable for disabled.
