Axminster: Group of 6 pretty cottages, in a country setting. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Axminster, in a quiet position. For shared use: garden, table tennis (extra), garden furniture. In the house: laundry (for shared use, extra). Parking. Shop 2 km, grocers 800 m, restaurant 2 km, bar 800 m, railway station Axminster 2 km. Sandy beach 6 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. Sea and beach at Lyme (set o the film French Lieutenants woman). Playing field. Heating (extra, but free Oct- March).
Housing: Axview, 3-room terraced house on 2 levels, on the ground floor: living/dining room with TV, exit to the garden. Kitchenette (oven, micro wave). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Shower/WC. Heating (extra). Please note: TV only eng. Please note stairs to 1st floor are via a open staircase.
