London SE11: small apartment house Cornwall Court, 4 storeys, in the district of Kennington, in the resort, in a busy position, 1.7 km from the river. For shared use: terrace. Shop, grocers 50 m, shopping centre, restaurant 200 m, bar 5 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station Vauxhall 1.1 km, underground station Kennington 250 m. Very convenient for buses and underground for quick access to the centre of London. Bus to Oxford Street takes about 20 - 30 minutes depending on traffic. Vauxhall station is just one stop and 5 minutes from London Waterloo. Kennington underground station is on the Northern Line also one stop from Waterloo and four stops from Leicester Square. The apartment is just on the border of the London Congestion Charge zone. ATTENTION: House rules but be abided by at all time, strictly no noise after 23hrs. Parking by voucher only is possible. Cost is Ł3.50 per day which is payable locally to the keyholder. Please note that you have to park in a residence parking bay to use these vouchers, you cannot park on a meter as you will be fined Ł50 by the local council.
