The Old Dairy is a renovated 18th Century farmyard building in very rural Kent. It is 4 miles south of Faversham and 12 miles from the Cathedral city of Canterbury. Situated in an old orchard, it is secluded and quiet. Each room has a beautiful outlook over woodland and pasture and faces south.
One approaches the cottage through a small self contained simple garden and enters through a large porch –useful for boots, buggies and clutter.
There are 2 bedrooms - 1 with double bed – 1 with two singles. There is a camp bed. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. There is a small modern kitchen well equipped with cooker, washing machine , dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a large spacious living room (10 m by 3.5 m), with a wood burner, TV & video and exposed roof timbers. This room leads out onto a paved area where you can enjoy meals/BBQ/sundowners and a beautiful view over the valley.
We are fortunate to have much wild life around us – birds, wild animals and game
