Luxury apartment with pool in Great Burstead, Essex - A perfect place to discover the treasures of South East England. The village of Great Burstead is steeped in history and its 14th Century church has links with the Pilgrim Fathers and early settlers of the U.S.A. The Apartment, forms part of Pump House, a large house which can be let as a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom residence.
The holiday apartment is self-contained on two floors. It is approved by the English Tourism Council - rated 5-star - the highest possible rating and recommended by johansens.
The accommodation (up to 1500 sq ft - 201 sq metres) has two living rooms, a dining room, a fully fitted kitchen and the choice of one, two or three bedrooms with one, two or three bath/shower rooms (two are en-suite). First floor rooms are air conditioned.
The apartment in Great Burstead is luxuriously appointed with every needed facility: TV, Video, Hi-Fi (CD), DVD, Fridge, Freezer, Electric Oven/Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Telephone, Trouser Press - all installed within the Apartment.

Holiday in Great Burstead, Essex: Great Burstead has a long and interesting history with a 14th Century church that has links with Christopher Martin, one of the leaders of the Pilgrim Fathers and the early settlers in the U.S.A.
The village is close to Billericay, a small country town with strong U.S. connections. London, Canterbury, Cambridge, Colchester and 'Constable Country' can all be reached within the hour by road. There is a fast rail link to Central London (30 minutes). A regular bus service is available close by. Whilst a car is not essential, it would enhance your enjoyment.
This is a great centre for discovering the history of the East Anglian Region and London, and to see something of the beauty of this rural part of England. The Apartment is ¾ mile from the nearest store and Post Office. Billericay, with its wide range of shops and Railway Station is 2 miles.

Bedroom with Twin beds, Bathroom (Sleeps 2): High Season: £600/week; Low Season: £475/week.
1st option plus Bedroom with Double bed, Ensuite shower/wc (Sleeps 4): High Season: £825/week; Low Season: £700/week.
2nd option plus Bedroom with Double bed, Ensuite bathroom - Whirlpool Bath (Sleeps 6): High Season: £1050/week; Low Season: £950/week.
* All options include 2 Lounges, Dining Room, fully fitted Kitchen, Laundry facilities, TV, Hi-Fi, Video, all linen, telephone (metered) and, in high season, shared use of heated outdoor pool, summer house, spa/gazebo and garden. All first floor rooms air-conditioned.
* High Season is May - September, plus Christmas and New Year period. Low Season is October - April, except Christmas and New Year period.
* All costs are included except telephone, which is metered at 20p per unit. A returnable deposit of £250 is payable on arrival to cover extra charges including breakages, if any.
* Change day is Saturday. Reservations run from 4pm on the day of arrival. Access is required for maintenance purposes at the end of each week of stay. The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
