The West facing Chalet and adjoining en-suite bedroom have been sensitively and tastefully decorated to create that warm and inviting atmosphere, with furniture and fabrics used in a co-ordinated fashion to create your holiday “home from home”. The Chalet has independent access to the front, with decking to the rear and a small corridor connecting it to the main house. This corridor leads to the en-suite shower room and double bedroom which comes as part of the chalet let.
You can be assured of a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout your stay, to come and go as you please and make your stay an enjoyable one in the beautiful county of Cornwall.

Notes: * All on one level the chalet offers a large open plan lounge/diner with enough seating for 6 people., pine furniture, a leather suite, a sofa bed, colour TV with Freeview, DVD and Video with a colour scheme and small touches that add considerably to the atmosphere and just in case of those sleepless nights or rainy days, there are a few games and a fine selection of books. French doors open up to a large decking area allowing views across Mounts Bay right round to Goonhilly.
* Both bedrooms, tastefully decorated, have double beds with pine wardrobes/drawers and plenty of storage space for clothes. All linen and towels are provided as part of the let to allow you more space for the holiday essentials.
* A well appointed kitchen area with single drainage sink unit, containing all the pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, utensils, fridge and microwave that you will need for your holiday. A fire extinguisher is provided in the unlikely event of fire.

Holiday in Mullion, Cornwall: Mullion is the Lizard peninsula’s largest village boasting the very attractive Poldhu and Pollurian beaches, and the still working harbour of Mullion Cove. We also have a good selection of shops, cafes, pubs, hotels, churches, art shops, historical interest and of course just on the outskirts, Mullion Golf club which is the most southerly course in Britain.
Mullion also offers many coastal walks over National Trust coastline whilst still being only 8 miles from the market town of Helston, famous for the Flora Dance celebrations in May of each year.
Slightly further afield are the larger towns of Truro, Falmouth, St Ives and Penzance as well as the picturesque harbour of Porthleven.
Golf in Cornwall: There a many courses in the area to suit all types of handicap, but please be aware that a handicap certificate will be needed for most, if not all courses in this area as well as the correct attire.
"Fore Winds" does not wish to compete with the big golf holiday companies in UK but can offer a discounted fees service to many golf clubs in the area.
Mullion Golf course (most southerly in UK) is a fine example of a links course with some spectacular views and is only a matter of 4-5 minutes from "Fore Winds", but 25% off green fees at West Cornwall Golf Club and Tehidy Park Golf Club represent excellent VALUE for money and will prove hard to beat. West Cornwall is a beautiful rolling course whereas Tehidy Park has a tree lined course.There is also the chance of golf at St Mellion and China Fleet Club, but these will need to be booked well in advance. Notes to the Rates of the Chalet in Cornwall, England
The tariffs are calculated on 4-6 people sharing for a period of 7 nights (Saturday 15:00 arrival – Saturday 10:00 departure). Extra people, only by prior arrangement will be charged on a pro-rata basis. Short breaks are available and will be displayed and updated regularly.
There is a key meter for electricity, although there will be approx 5.00 GBP on the meter for your arrival.
We can provide a hamper to your specification prior to your arrival IF you require. This will save you time as it will be waiting for you on arrival. No need for an instant shop when you get here. The small hamper will be approx £12.50 , De-Luxe hamper will be approx £25.00. The small hamper will contain things like milk, bread, butter, sugar, tea, coffee and the de-luxe will include cereals, fruit, biscuits and wine. Please call for more info.
