Holiday house in Kalkan with pool set over 3 floors. Villa "Caretta" is in a commanding position overlooking the bays of Kalkan and Kalamar. It's 3 bedrooms all have balconies or terracing with stunning views of the Mediterranean. There is a large paved terrace area around the 5 x 3 meter pool with a grassed area, together with a garden of indigenous plants. The holiday house has only recently been furnished with tasteful modern furniture and all usual modern conveniences including satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
Ground floor - One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and toilet, second twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool, patio and garden. Middle floor - Front door, hallway - door leading to double aspect living room with 2 balconies, working fireplace and satelite TV. Fully fitted kitchen leading to outside terrace with dining area. On the same floor there is also a toilet and laundry room.
Top Floor - Master Bedroom with en suite walk in shower and large balcony. This floor also has a large rooftop terrace with exceptional views of Kalkan and Kalamar Bay. Because of the unstable water system in Kalkan, Villa Caretta benefits from having a 50 tonne water storage tank to ensure that you never have to suffer water shortages.
