Your rural situated detached villa (160m2) is situated in Kalkan and located within 700m from sea and only 600m from the centre, then the villa even have a jacuzzi and there is a private swimming pool. There are reclining beds and sunshades available. From your terrace (30m2) you have a splendid view over the mountains and the sea. Your villa makes use of sun energy to heat the water, has an alarm system and air-conditioning. In Kas and Kalkan you can go diving, these are two of the most important diving places in the world. You can even visit the town Patar with the long sand beach. You can even go to the sand beach of Kaputas, which is in a beautiful bay. You can hire a boat as well with boatman in the harbour of Kalkan. You can then go fishing on sea. For this you do not need a fishing permit. Your villa is located on a domain with five other villa's.
