Newly decorated, comfortable cottage (85 m2) quietly situated in a green neighbourhood at walking distance from the centre of Kusadasi with its yachting harbour and the city beach. From the roof terrace you have a magnificent view on the city, the sea and the mountains. Memorable sunsets are no exception, and you can even see them from every room in the house! Its good location makes the house suitable if you are looking for tranquillity, but also if you prefer the lively centre. And winter holidays are obviously possible too. You are at walking distance from the coach station, from where you can travel to various towns in the proximity with markets and other attractions. Archaeological sites like Efese, Selcuk, Didym, Priene and Milete are easily reached too. And for nature lovers the unspoilt Millipark is definitely recommended. Children should not miss a visit to one of the two aqua parks.
