Rustic, luxurious chalet Kisseye, 3 storeys, built in 1988, in the district of Am Stalden 500 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a secluded, quiet, sunny, elevated position, in the green, south facing position. For shared use: indoor pool. In the house: ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), drying room. Motor access to 200 m from the house. 70 m footpath to the house. Shop 350 m, grocers 400 m, shopping centre 500 m, restaurant, bar 300 m, railway station Klein Matterhornbahnen 700 m. Ski school 500 m. The chalet has a variety of fitness machines and an amazing swimming pool which has been hewn into to the stone of the mountain. Canotzet, party room approx 50 m2, ideal for 10 - 12 people, with open fireplace, cooking facilities, dish washer, etc. Can be rented on request at CHF 150.00 plus the cleaning fee. All the apartments have intercom at the door with electric entry, heat regulator. Wood available (extra). Dressing gown on request (free of charge).
Housing: 1-room apartment 36 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position, very rustic, antique and luxurious furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double fold-away bed, cable-TV, video and radio. Open kitchen in the entrance (oven, dishwasher). Bath/WC. Balcony 7 m2, south facing position. Deck chairs (2). Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn.
