Housing: 1-room apartment 25 m2 on 1st floor, partly renovated in 2004, practical and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, cable-TV and radio. Kitchen in the entrance (oven). Shower/WC. Balcony 7 m2, east facing position. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Can be rented alongside property Ref: 213B as a 2-room apartment. The apartments are right next to each other (they share the same main entrance, but they also have separate entrance doors). Comfortable italian double sofa bed (160x200cm).
