Private: well-kept garden lawn, garden furniture, barbecue. Room cleaning weekly (extra). Steep motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking (limited number of spaces) by the house at 20 m public parking 50 m. Grocers, restaurant, ski bus stop 100 m. Thermal baths 600 m, ski runs, cross-country ski trail 1.8 km. Please note: free of charge ski bus. Main road 50 m from the property.
Housing: 5-room chalet 90 m2 on 2 levels, south-west facing position, renovated in 2004, nice and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with swedish stove, radio and CD-player. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, deep freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: lounge 10 m2, with 1 sofa bed (140 cm), cable-TV, video, radio and DVD, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 double beds (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Reserved parking, covered. Please note: apartment for non-smokers.
