For shared use: natural garden, meadow, tennis (1 x clay court), table tennis. Private: lawn sunning area, patio, garden furniture. 400 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Grocers, restaurant, bus stop 1 km. Bathing bay 200 m. Lake Canova, of 2 hectares, also belongs to the grounds.
Housing: 3-room house 40 m2, simple furnishings: living/dining room, exit to the patio. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (3 hotplates, oven). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the countryside. Reserved parking, fenced. Please note: maximum 2 dogs accepted. Water boiler with a 75 lt capacity. 2 electric heaters.
