Flims-Grosswald: small, cosy detached house Holzerheim, in the district of Conn, outside the resort, 3.5 km from the centre of Flims, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the woods edge, in the green. Private: meadow. In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Shop 3.5 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 3.5 km. Mountain lift 4 km, ski school 5 km, cross-country ski trail 10 m. Drive to the house (3km) via a natural/hiking path. NB: No access to the house by car from May to the end of August from 10:00 to 17:00. One can eat at the Conn restaurant nearby. Beautiful hiking paths from the house. Bathing at the Cauma and Cresta lakes, approx 30 minutes away on foot.
Housing: 3-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position, comfortable, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, TV, radio and CD-player, exit to the patio. 1 room with curtain, with 1 double bed (160 cm), bath-room. Kitchenette (3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). On the lower ground floor: 1 open room with 1 double bed (160 cm), TV. Shower/WC. Reserved parking. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
