Private: garden (fenced), lawn sunning area (fenced). In the house: ski storage, central heating, burglar alarm, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking by the house, communal covered parking. Shop, grocers, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 200 m. Indoor swimming pool, tennis 1.5 km, golf course 8 km, riding stables 2.5 km, cable car, ski lift 1 km, ski school 2 km, cross-country ski trail 1.5 km, ice rink 2 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Very nice view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: cot for up to 3 year olds. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Jacuzzi in the apartment.
