Parking by the house. Grocers 700 m, restaurant 500 m, ski bus stop, bus stop 150 m. Indoor swimming pool, tennis 1.5 km, cable car, skisport facilities 3 km. Please note: car essential. Short-cut in summer to the centre: approx 10 minutes walk up steep path.

The top floor bathroom has a jacuzzi, separate shower and separate WC. It opens onto the bedroom. View from the jacuzzi via the living room to the mountains. Exclusive kitchen with built-in espresso machine, steamer and microwave. Large-screen TV via beamer. PC and Internet free. The additional beds are cabin beds and only suitable for children.
