Holiday Villa in Cartagena, Murcia, Costa Calida - This luxury new two storey villa is situated on the famous Polaris World Golf Resort. It has its own private pool. Our villa in Cartagena is south facing & benefits from having air-conditioning in every room. There is a superb new communal pool with gym etc. The kitchen is fully equipt with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc. There is a large dining area, which leads via patio doors to a covered sun terrace with furniture overlooking a private lawn garden.
A beautiful staircase leads up to 2 good sized bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, the top landing area leads onto a large sun terrace with loungers provided, The resort has a 24hr on site security with a gate entrance activated by remote control. There is a driving range & putting green. Bars and restaurant on site. The award winning Mar Menor beach is situated only five minute drive away. Ryan Air offer great deals on flights and Murcia airport is only ten minutes away.

Our villa in Cartagena is only 5 minutes drive from the Mar Menor beach, which is an inland sea separated from the Mediterranean by La Manga. Mar Menor sea reaches higher temperatures due to it being quite shallow and is a favourite location for water sports, it is ideal for kids. There are numerous restaurants and bars in Los Alcazares, which is four kilometres away. The beautiful city of Cartegena is only 15 minutes drive away with its historical buildings and numerous designer shops. La Manga and Torrieveqa are approximately 20 minutes away. The villa is 10minutes drive from Murcia Airport and Ryan Air offer great flight deals. There are a variety of golf courses nearby, details of these are in a welcome book in the Villa.
