The port of Tomas Mastrae offers a variety of shops and restaurants. There are boat trips that leave daily (not all year) and there are buses up and down the strip which offer lots of choices for restaurants. The beaches of the Meditteranean and the Mar Menor are only a couple of minues walk away. Further up the strip is a 9 hole golf course. At the base of the strip there is horseriding, go-karting, bowling and a vast range of water sports. La Manga club is also close to the strip and offers championship golf course, tennis, spa facilities and a great range of bars and restaurants.

Holiday in La Manga: The Mar Menor is famous for The Black Mud which is said to help treat rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments. The warm shallow waters also make this home to a vast range of water sports. This area of Spain enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year and is one of the driest regions of Spain which makes it a great spot for winter as well as summer holidays. The Mar Menor is also famous for The Black Mud which is said to help treat the symptoms of rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments.
This area is also host to the famous La Manga Club which boasts championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa facilities.
