Rural house in Baths of Montemayor, Extremadura - Stone and wood is a typical construction of the serranos towns of the North of Extremadura. The holiday house is located in the south edge of the old helmet of Baths of Montemayor, next to extensive hoisted zones and of orchards. The house enjoy sunlight from morning until evening.
In order to enter the house it is necessary to pass a small bridge formed by one old slab of granite. In the ground floor: there is a room extended with zones to cook, to eat and to live. On the first level: there is a dormitory of semicircular plant that is illuminated and ventilated by means of two balcony hollows. It has a wood row of balconies, a luminous private bath and a double bed. In the second floor: a bedroom with two beds an ample bath and a row of balconies with views to the valley and to the dam.

The house is rented completely (for a single family or group) throughout the year with right to use the kitchen, the washing machine and other household-electric devices. Progressive discounts for stays superior to one week exist (for example 2 weeks, it would be 15 € per person per day).
The house is given clean with the beds done and totally equipped with table cloths, towels, blankets, hygienic paper, paper of kitchen.
If the booking is cancelled at least 30 days ahead we give back all the money. If the booking is cancelled within 7 and 29 days before the arrival we give back 50% of the total amount of the booking. With less time nothing is given back. The costs of electricity and heating is included in the price.
