Farmhouse in La Coma, Catalonia - Cal Tarres is a former Massia right in the middle of the village. It has been completely refurbished between 2002-2004. The farmhouse is located in La Coma, a little municipality in the Pre-Pyrenees, with 230 citizens and about 1000 meter high.
The farmhouse itself is divided in two separate living spaces: Cal Tarrés, i l’Eixida. Cal Tarrés is the biggest one, has capability to host 9 persons, a hall with launderette service is located in the ground floor. In the first a well furnished kitchen- dinner room is to find. Also in this floor, there are two rooms. Three more rooms are locates at the next floor. Each one of them has its own and complete bathroom. L’Eixida is a smaller house and it is thought to host four persons. At the ground floor there’s a common area with launderette service, as well as a Kitchen-dinner room. The rooms, with bathroom, are located at the upper floor. There’s also a common garden, where is allowed to grill, and it is only 100 meters away of the council’s swimming pool and sport area.
