Luxury villa with heated pool in outskirts of Barcelona - Historical XI century old vicarage 60 km. north of Barcelona city. The villa is located on the top of a hill, in isolated environment.
The villa is furnished with a clever and tasteful mixture of new and ancient pieces. The restauration -just finished- has been leaded by a well known architect who has been respectfull with the soul of the house, but also has added comfort and modernity to the place.
Four bedrooms upstairs, two of them ensuite. The main one has also a private living room with studio, TV and library.
Downstairs, a warm kitchen, the dining room and two big living rooms -the winter one with a big fireplace, and the summer one with a studio, library and a high quality home cinema with more than 300 hundred movies (most in english). We also enjoy the privilege of two hugue terraces both with views over the valley.
As an additional service, the renters who are wine lovers will be able to visit and use our "cave"...
We'll provide our guests with all sort of full information of the area. Be sure we'll try to make you as happy as we are when living here.
The house has also a cosy and charming independent guest house in the garden.

The vicarage is attached to a church and old cemmetery still belonguing to the Catholic Church. However, the church is only opened once a year when the village people comes to celebrate Saint Peter's day, so we are happily alone in this amazing paradise.
The house is isolated and enjoys a full privacity, yet we are in a very rich cultural area of Catalonia and only 56 km from Barcelona city.
Vic is our closest town and has a lot to offer: a couple of excellent museums, an amazing cathedral and the oldest open air market in Catalonia (each saturday morning).
The whole area is very wealthy so there is a high quality of life. Excellent restaurants, good shopping, marvelous food and good wine!
The beauties of an unspoiled nature and the magic to live in such an old and atmospheric house, together with the comforts of a luxury life are our main highlights.
