Two-storied independent house (135m2) in a quiet dead-end road in Cap- Salou, 350 metres from the sand beach. From the living-room on the first floor, you have access to a pleasant balcony. The house is situated 2 km from the beach resort Salou and 10km from Tarragone. Salou is endowed with a great boulevard along a wide beach, where you can practise many watersports. It is possible to go on a daytrip to Barcelona (100km.), Tarragona (Roman heritage) and to the beautiful natural reservate of the Ebro delta , where you can make beautiful boat trips. It is nice to drive around the inland mountains or to explore the area on foot. Especially the “Sierra de Montsantö in the natural reservate of Priorat is still unknown territory for tourists. Siurana, a hamlet at an altitude of 737m is really worth a little detour, but La Morera de Montsant and La Vilella la Baixa are fascinating as well. Visit the cistercian cloistres of Santes Creus and of Poblet at the foot of the Prades mountains, or the cave of “Cueve de la Font Majorö in l’Espluga de Francoli. Closer to "home" (3km) there is the theme park 'Port Aventura' with its waterworld 'Costa Caribe', a great experience for children and young adults. To play golf, you can go to Montroig de Camp at 10km.
