The guest house was built by the family of the current owners in 1906/1907.
Until half a century ago the property was mainly used for the production of wine. The owners of CAL PERET PARERA used grapes from the family vineyards but also bought grapes from neighbours for it's production of wine.
Its current architecture is the result of a recent renovation. In 2005, the old farmhouse was transformed into a guest house with seven bedrooms.

How to get to us: Take motorway AP-7 from Barcelona to Tarragona.
Take exit 28 to "Vilafranca del Penedčs".
Follow the direction "Igualada" (C15) until the exit "Guardiola de Font-Rubí" (about 7 km).
Follow the direction "Guardiola de Font Rubi" and after 1 km turn left on the unpaved road. There is a sign indicating Can Peret Parera.
The first house on the right – with an unmistakable white colour – is CAL PERET PARERA.
