Guest House in Castilla-Leon, Spain: Guest house in Merindad of Montija, Burgos - Built in the XIX century, opened its doors in december 2003 after a time of refurbishing and remodalation from the wellknown "Isa's house" in the cozy town of noceco in the north of Burgos province. Its original XIX century structure was kept, due to the typical tradition of the province. We had use natural refurbishing materials having respect of the global environment as well as for the roots of the original builders. There are 8 rooms divided in three floors. In the ground floor you will find the common areas such as bar, dining room, living room, kitchen etc. The first floor has 5 double bedrooms with their own bathroom. In this floor the bathrooms are share and they are in total six washbasins, four showers and four w.c. The total capacity of the house is 20 persons, however it can be expanded with suplatory beds. The Center has bicycles and proposals of routes that can be done in group. Promoted by agreements with other groups (schools, ONG´s, associations) with the purpose of fomenting activities of recovery of the towns. So that the small ones still can do better, in our factories we propose activities to them like: sightseeing of landscapes, paintings of fingers, initiation to the ceramic pottery/, masks, etc.
