Farmhouse in Palencia, Castilla-Leon - "La Ribera" is settled in the outskirts of Saldaña, in San Martín del Obispo, half way between the mountains of Palencia and the Xacobean route. The restaurant, near the Carrión river, is situated in the rural area of "La Vega". It is an ideal place for the lovers of nature, who will be able to practise trekking, mountain-bike, hunting, fishing...
The enclosure has apartments with double and single rooms, with living-room, television and bathroom. Each apartment is for one or four people. There is also a one hectare garden to enjoy nature and the quietness of the countryside.
The restaurant is really an ethnographic museum. It is decorated with Castilian furniture, farming implements... It is an ideal place for people who enjoy antiques and a good Castilian cousine. Among the special dishes we can mention roast lamp "churro", and La Ribera trout.
There is also a porch with a view to the lake to relax after a good meal.
