Rustic, fully renovated holiday house which dates from the 19th century. Located in the lovely hamlet of Argüébanes, at the foot of the national park "Picos de Europa," which has been designated a nature reservation by UNESCO. This small but cosy holiday house (70 m2) is at ground level and is attached to the house of the neighbours. There is a view of the garden, the mountains of Viorna and, of course, of the Picos de Europa. There are also a fenced in garden with wooden patio furniture and a large stone barbecue.
A few kilometres from the town of Argüébanes, you’ll find mountains, natural scenery and much more, where you can go hiking, take part in various outdoor sports and other activities and go sight seeing. The town itself, on the other hand, is an oasis of peace with only 45 residents, an ideal place for those in need of some rest and relaxation. The village mostly devotes itself to agriculture and horticulture. There are no bars, restaurants or shops in the village; it is the perfect place to get away from it all and be with nature for a time. However, only 4 km away in the town of Potes is everything you might need, including bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a tourist information office, pharmacy, first aid post, post office and a large variety of shops.
In short, this is the ideal holiday house for those interested in a little peace and quiet.
