Holiday Apartment in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote - This is a privately owned, spacious one bedroom apartment situated in Puerto Del Carmen. There is a large patio area which is very private. It is ideal for sunbathing, or for just sitting quietly with a glass of vino. It is within easy walking distance of the 'Old Town' and Harbour, which is well known for its many fish restaurants. Other shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are close by, as are the long sandy beaches of Puerto Del Carmen. This is one of two apartments which are situated next door to each other. Ideal for two families who wish to holiday together, but also wanting their own independence.

Notes: This one bedroom apartment is very spacious. It has a twin bedroom with room for a 'put you up' or cot, for a third person/child. There are double fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with lighting over. There is a kitchen, with hob, kettle, toaster, fridge with small freezer compartment, and all cooking utensils etc. There is an iron/ironing board. The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle, WC, bidet and washbasin. The lounge has comfortable seating, a small dining table, TV for playback of videos (videos provided), radio, CD and tape player. There is a spacious balcony, where there are sun beds, table, chairs and a nice view to the sea. There is a wind-out awning, creating shade, if necessary. There is a safe provided, free of charge. This is an extremely well maintained complex, with pretty gardens surrounding it.

Notes to the Rates of the Holiday Apartment in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
Rental rates are for two persons only. Please add Ł25 for an additional person. No charge for children under three years old. However, there is a small charge of Ł12 if you wish to hire a cot. The property is booked from 2 p.m. on day of arrival until 10 a.m. on day of departure. This is to allow for cleaning and preparation for other guests. We can arrange to pick you up from the Airport at a cost of 15 Euros each way. Please let us know if you would like this facility when you book your holiday. Should this apartment be booked on the dates you require, we have a sister apartment which is found next door to this one. Rental prices are the same.
