Das Haus hat 3 Etagen mit je 8 Wohnungen. Jede Etage hat 5 x Typ A und 3 x Typ B Luxus
Das Schwimmbad ist auf 24 Grad geheizt. Die Verwaltung liegt in deutscher Hand.
