Our villa, which is 500 meters from the beach, is in the Campo del Golf resort with it’s two 5 star hotels where you can enjoy great food at reasonable prices. The resort also has a shopping centre with a large supermarket, boutiques, jewellery / cosmetic shops and a hairdressing salon. It also has a beach, cinemas, amusements, cafes, restaurants and a health spa. There is also a children’s activity centre.
Close by is the popular but unspoilt tourist centre of Caleta de Fuste and here you will find a wide range of bars restaurants and entertainment.

Holiday in Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura: Campo del Golf is 1 kilometre from the lovely resort of Calete del Fueste with it's beautiful beach harbour and water sports activities. It is also 4 kilometres from the airport. Think Canary Islands and you think sunshine. In the case of Fuerteventura you would be right. With three thousand hours of sunshine a year a sun drenched stay is virtually guaranteed all year round. This is a tranquil place, an unspoilt destination. You can of course find plenty of people to party with in the main resorts, but just beyond is a place of spectacular beauty and peace. It is the seaside, however, which is the glory of Fuerteventura. The sand is magnificent and the beaches are generally reckoned amongst the most impressive in the whole of Europe. The prevailing winds guarantee perfect conditions for surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing and land yachting and the clear warm waters also make this an ideal scuba diving destination. There are also numerous sheltered coves for the less adventurous.

Golf on Fuerteventura: For golf lovers Fuerteventura Golf Club, host of the 2004 Spanish Open. (on which our villa is situated), is the first championship golf club on the island. A second golf course adjacent to this is due for completion in March 2006. Fuerteventura has a well-deserved reputation for being unspoilt, unhurried and not overly commercialised and is a place to slip into low gear and relax by the lapping waters and watch the sun set slowly over the Atlantic.
