Our villa on Fuerteventura is located near the charming resort of Caleta de Fuste and the nearest beach is only a 10 minute walk away. The Atlantico Commercial Centre is also conveniently located nearby and has a wide range of shops, restaurants, arcades, cinema, bowling alley and bars for you to enjoy. The 5 star Elba Palace Golf Hotel and Golf Course are nearby offering a wide variety of services including an excellent restaurant and relaxing piano bar.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per week.

The Villa in Caleta De Fuste, Fuerteventura will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Towels and linen are provided. The Villa will be cleaned once a week thereafter and fresh linen and towels will be provided. The pool will be cleaned twice weekly by a professional pool cleaner.
Any requirements for children can be arranged at the time of booking i.e. cot, high chair and are available for hire at very reasonable rates. We request that smokers do not smoke within the Villa and use the outside area for this only. Please recover the pool each evening after use as this helps to keep it in good condition.

After the initial enquiry we will hold bookings provisionally for 1 week. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. Upon receipt of the deposit you will receive a confirmation of your booking. When you pick up the keys of the Villa a noise and damage deposit of €200 will be payable which will be refunded after the Villa inspection at check out. We do not take responsibility for any loss or injury suffered by you during your stay.
