The property is within 3 minutes walk to the spectacular sandy beach and beautiful bay of Arenel de'n Castell on Menorca's north coast.
Menorca has one golf course and this is situated with a 15 minute drive away.

Special interest holidays in Menorca: Menorca is ideal for autumn/winter walking holidays as there are some stunning walks on the island. The island has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty by UNESCO and this is fiercely protected by the Menorquine people. Menorca is also famous for it's widlife and in particular it's birdlife and many birdwatchers visit the island during the cooler months. Bill Oddie a well known birdwatcher is a regular visitor to the island.

Holiday in Arenel de'n Castell: All the amenities of Arenel de'n Castell are a few minutes away. There are very good restaurants and bars. However, although these amenities are close to the villa, there is no noise and the situation is very peaceful and quiet.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in GBP per property per week.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking and the balance will need to be paid at least 12 weeks prior to your holiday. A returnable deposit of £200 is required to cover any damage etc. This is payable at the same time as the final payment and will be returned shortly after the completion of your holiday.
Discounts will be offered for periods of 3 weeks or more. Late booking offer 15% discounts for holidays after 14th October 2005.

Changeover day is Friday. Clients must vacate the villa by 10am on the day of departure and will only be allowed into the villa at 3pm on the day of arrival.

Central heating is available for the cooler months. A weekly charge of £50 per week is made for the central heating during the winter months.
Car hire can be arranged at advantageous rates as one of the owners works for a car hire company, and our clients benefit from this fact.
