Holiday house in Soller, Mallorca, with garden near beach - This charming holiday house is in a quiet little quarter of Soller, Mallorca, just five minutes walk from the main square. The entrance door leads into a spacious living room comfortably furnished. At the bottom, double doors lead to the beautiful cottage style kitchen. A lovely old tiled staircase leads to a double bedroom at a mezzanine level. A further flight of stairs leads up to the 1st floor level where there's a nice single bedroom and a very spacious shower room with tiled vanity unit and huge mirror. One further narrow staircase leads up to a cosy double bedroom in the eaves of the house.
The house has its own little garden surrounded by bushes for privacy, making it a lovely spot to dine alfresco, whilst during the day there are wonderful views of the mountains.
The house is a perfect start point for excursions on the Mountains or the Beach

Information about the Holiday House in Soller, West Mallorca
Location of our holiday house: Palma Airport - 30 km, a 30 minute drive away. The house is 5 minutes walk from the centre (main square), and the train to Palma and tram station for going to the Port are right there. There are many daily buses from Palma to Sóller and also the possibility of the beautiful old train (it takes 1 hour).
A car is not really necessary but very convenient in order to visit other interesting places on the island. I can arrange for a car, if required, to be picked up at the airport.
The Valley of Soller: The valley and its surrounding mountain range, the 'Serra de Tramuntana', is a favourite destination for people from all over the world, especially those who enjoy walking, nature, ecotourism, swimming or simply a peaceful rest away from the hustle and bustle of the better-known tourist traps.
