Villa in Santa Ponsa, South West Mallorca:

Our villa on Mallorca is located just in Nova Santa Ponsa an upmarket residential area of Santa Ponsa. There are mainly villas in this area which are worth on average around 1 million pounds each. The marina of Santa Ponsa is just a 5 minutes walk and the beach a further 5 minutes. Santa Ponsa has two great beaches although there are many more just a short drive away. There are 3 golf courses in Santa Ponsa, lots of restaurants, shops, bars and discos to keep you entertained anytime of day or night. I recommend you hire a car during your stay as Mallorca has many beautiful places to visit.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per week.

A deposit of 20% is required to reserve your dates any outstanding amount is to be paid 12 weeks prior to arrival unless previously agreed. Only 50% of the deposit shall be returned due to cancellation up to 12 weeks prior to departure. The deposit is not returnable less than 12 weeks before departure. The villa has 2 double beds and 4 single beds so can sleep 8 people without extra beds, a charge of 150€ per week will be added for every extra person up to maximum of 12 people, each extra person will sleep on a portable bed suitable for adults.

All linen is provided and towels except beach towels. Linen and towels are changed weekly. Maid service is available on request at an additional cost. Personal meet and greet service is available at an addition cost otherwise keys are collect from a local agent. A welcome pack of fresh produce is included free of charge.

Changeover day is Saturday although can be negotiated in mid-low season. Checkout time is 12noon, check in time is 3 pm. Check out times can be negotiated We highly recommend you take out private holiday insurance as we do not compensate for flight cancellations and damage to your personal belongings etc.
