For shared use: grounds 105 ha, swimming pool (15 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.), outside shower, garden furniture. Covered parking, in the grounds. Shopping centre 4 km, bus stop 1.5 km. Sandy beach 8 km, rocky beach 4.5 km, golf course 3 km. Country holiday estate on an organic farm with pine trees, cereal fields, almond trees and animals (sheep and hens). Made up of the main house and 4 additional houses. Swimming pool with diving board. Lawned terrace (1500 m2) with palms, quiet area, loungers. Playground, small basketball net, swing, stone tables. Iron and ironing board can be hired; wood extra. Free clean and linen change for stays of 1 week minimum. Cot and baby bath, to be requested in advance.The pool is open from 01.01 to 31.12.
Housing: 2-room terraced house 50 m2: living/dining room 22 m2, with TV and radio. 1 room 11 m2, with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (2 hotplates, mini-oven, oven, micro wave). Bath/bidet/WC. Terrace 20 m2 partly covered. Garden 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking, fenced. An extra bed is possible (5.000 ptas/per week).
