This beautiful restored house, situated in the very centre of Mallorca, yet only 10 minutes by car to the beach, was built in 1914 and was in fact one of the first distilleries of the island. The warehouse can still be seen today as it has been exceptionally well maintained over the years. There are 3 independent, large apartments (100m2 each) for rent in this building, which are wheelchair-accessible, thanks to the elevator that has been built. They can also be rented together for 16 persons, ideal for 2 or 3 families who want to share the facilities but also keep their privacy in their own apartment (PALMA-07430-02). There's a 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and two 3-bedroom apartments on the first and second floors. All have been refurbished in a typical Mallorcan style and much of the original features have been conserved or reproduced in line with the original building, using local materials where possible. Every apartment has its own terrace or balcony and is luxury furnished. There is a large garden, a swimmingpool (10x5m.), several terraces and a patio, all for shared use. The house is surrounded by fields or orange trees and almond trees. Activities in the surroundings include cycling, the Llubi area is located in a very flat area, close to many small villages. The nearest golf course is in Aucanada, approx. 20mins. by car. The fabulous Tramuntana mountains are only 15 mins. by car. Every year Llubi celebrates several 'fiesta's' or festivals, one of them the 'Fira de la mel' (honey fare) in November, which is an excellent oppurtunity to savor some of the more exotic and perfumed honeys which are produced across the Balearic Islands. At the end of July you are able to enjoy the 'Sant Feliu Fiesta' with plenty of activities.
