The ground floor studio flat in Puerto Pollensa sleeps 2 and is ideal for late night stop over and daytime siestas/a safe place for valuables whilst on one of the prettiest beaches on the island. Only 50meters from the beach the studio has fitted kitchen, double sofa bed and en-suite shower/toilet and is close to shops and restaurants. There is a small extra charge for this facility.

Holiday on Mallorca: The villa is situated in a quiet woodland estate at the base of foothills and has woods, mountains, marshland and arable farmland nearby. The estate consists mainly of older majorcan vincas and retreats and still maintains its original majorcan charm. The nearest urbanization (5 mins walk away) consist mainly of new architect designed residences and homes that Majorcan and British people have had built because of their love of this area. This location will suit those who want to relax in quiet beautiful surroundings as well as those who want to walk or cycle. Beautiful child friendly beaches are just a 15 minute drive away. Also more lively beaches are the same distance away in Alcudia. The famous caves of Campanet are also nearby, a must visit. The villa is 40 minutes approx. away from Palma airport by car.
