Converted, traditional moorish Finca built on two levels. It has been beautifully kept and completely restored, decorated in a rustic style, featuring Sabina ceilings in some parts. Althougth modern, the house offers all the charm and flair of an old Finca. There is central heating, terracotta floors and beautiful wooden furniture and decoration.
There are 2 double bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, covered terraces, a front patio, a kitchen patio and open terraces all built over two levels. The property is surrounded with beautiful gardens and there is a spacious parking area. The guest house has 1 double bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace ideal for sunbathing.
The holiday villa on Ibiza is surrounded by amazing gardens with huge palm trees, a variety of tropical plants, fruit, olive, almond, carob, jacaranda and palm trees as well as bougainvillea, roses and jasmine. Separate, but just beneath the villa is the 8 x 4m swimming pool and terrace with fantastic views and accessed from the Finca by a beautiful rustic staircase.
