Villa in Ibiza, Balearic Islands:
Beautiful Villa in Ibiza with spacious outside area - Driveway to the side part of the villa, where the car port is placed.
A few steps are leading towards the roofed entry. On the left of the hall is the very spacious kitchen. The walls are painted in green and turquoise, the counter is from granite, which is matching the colours of the whole kitchen. All electronic devises like the oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave etc. are in chrome. On the backside of the kitchen are the laundry room and one patio. The patio is behind the house and furnished with garden furniture and is a nice, cool place in summertime.
From the hall to the right side are the living room and a double bedroom with a window facing to the front side of the vacation villa.
At the end of the hall is the second double bedroom with two individual beds that can even be put together. Windows to the side and big wardrobes.
To this bedroom belongs a bathroom that is also in use as a guest WC. The bathroom has blue/ white tiling and a bathtub, shower, WC, bidet etc.
From the hall upstairs you have access to the other bedrooms and bathrooms. On this floor is also a spacious roofed terrace which has a beautiful view on the garden.
The master bedroom, with a king size bed, is facing to the garden and has a nice little balcony. Spacious wardrobes.
In front of the master bedroom is the second bathroom, with jacuzzi, shower, WC, bidet.
The fourth bedroom has big windows and a „en-suite" bathroom with shower.
The complete house is very nicely decorated and furnished.

1.5 km from the villa is located the famous restaurant-bar Las Dalias, where every Saturday takes place the Hippy Market.
San Carlos village, where you can find restaurants, bars, shops, banks... is just 2 km driving.

For the last cleaning and laundry services we will calculate an extra days rent.
In the price are included: Pool and garden maintenance, water, electricity, gas, cleaning and laundry service if the stay is longer than one week.
If the arrival is during the week from monday to friday after 21.00, saturdays or sundays, there will be an extra calcularion of € 50.-
